After a quick phone call, I had my first in-person meeting. They showed up 30 minutes late, and the interview itself went for an hour. They had a list of questions they asked and wrote down my answers. A few days later, they called me for a second interview over Zoom with the head of operations. We scheduled it, but then they wanted to move it to the next day, which was fine. However, just a few hours before the rescheduled time, I realized I hadn't received the meeting link. They didn't respond until the following day, apologizing and saying they'd call to reschedule again. Three weeks passed with no call, no interview, and honestly, I'm not interested anymore because the whole process was completely unprofessional.

Behavioral Presentation

Wendy's likes to use situational questions to determine behaviors. Think of a time when you ___ (did something specific.) You'll need to give an answer, and follow up questions will determine what skills you utilized in order to solve the problem. They'll ask how the situation was resolved. It is a panel interview with, typically, the Director of Area Operations, the District Manager, and/or the Human Resource Representative.
