Product Design Director
My overall experience was super disappointing and just felt unprofessional. The screening interview never happened when it was supposed to. Instead, I got a call from HR, and they seemed totally unprepared – the call was even taken while they were driving, and the sound was terrible because of a noisy headset. They told me to wait for a follow-up email, but I never got any clear next steps. After I nudged them to see what was up, there was still no real response. Two weeks went by with no updates, so I just pulled out of the running because it was so unprofessional and disrespectful. What really got me was how they didn't even bother with basic professionalism and respecting candidates. The whole thing felt messy and like there was no reliable communication, which is like, the bare minimum for any interview. I basically got ghosted, making the whole thing seem like a total mess-up instead of a real hiring step. I'd seriously look into how you schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to make sure there's at least some accountability and courtesy.
- Can you discuss your thoughts on incorporating an AI/RAG solution and other AI tech after an acquisition?
- Considering the high-level and exploratory nature of the question, how would you establish concrete expectations and evaluation metrics for candidates regarding AI integration?
AI Trainer
The interview process lasted about 3 weeks and was pretty average. It started with a quick voice call, then a hiring manager interview. They mentioned 3 rounds total: an intro call with TA, a round with the hiring manager, and a final one with the board. No assignments were expected initially. However, after the second round, they went silent. Then, out of the blue after a week, they sent a long assignment to test skills, due in 24 hours. After submitting, there was no response, even with follow-ups. They ghosted me, and after 15 days, I got a rejection email. My advice to management is to inform candidates sooner if it's a rejection, so they can pursue other opportunities. Overall, the interview itself was good, and they made me feel comfortable.

Software Engineer
The interview process is quite straightforward and includes the following stages: DSA Round – Focused on data structures and algorithms. Take-Home Machine Coding Assignment – A practical problem to be implemented independently. Machine Coding Discussion – A detailed walkthrough and discussion of your submitted solution. High-Level Design (HLD) Round – Covers system architecture and design decisions. Behavioral Interview – The final round assessing communication, teamwork, and cultural fit.
- An easy/medium data structures and algorithms question was asked during the DSA round.
- Numerous behavioral questions were posed throughout the entire interview process.
Engineering Manager
The interview process was fairly straightforward, consisting of five video interviews. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by an application design discussion where we reviewed a basic app in Excalidraw.com, discussing optimizations and feature additions. Next was a peer interview with another engineering manager, then a cross-functional interview with a product designer and product manager. The process concluded with a final assessment with a senior engineering director.
