Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weave.
Onboarding Specialist
The interview process included an initial phone screening, followed by a 30-minute in-person meeting with the hiring managers, and then a 30-minute virtual meeting with the onboarding directors. The whole thing from start to finish took about 3 weeks. Most of the questions were the "describe a time" type.
- Can you describe a time when you went above and beyond for a client and what the outcome was?
Onboarding Specialist
We had three interviews. First, a recruiter interview to talk about the company, the teams and for me to ask questions. Then, an interview with two managers from different onboarding teams, usually back-to-back, 30 minutes each. Finally, a last interview with a senior manager.
- Can you share an instance where you weren't performing at your peak?
Implementation Specialist
The process was a little unorganized with three interviews total, one interviewer per interview. The first two interviewers didn't seem to know what info they could share about salary or working during covid. It also didn't seem like the interviewers really talked to each other about the candidates afterwards.
- They want to know how you would fit into their culture.
