Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weave.
Account Executive
Had about 3 to 4 interviews. Started with a recruiter, then interviewed with someone in the actual role, and then wrapped up with a manager in the department. Just a heads up, the job they described wasn't really what it turned out to be.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Sales Executive
It started with a basic phone interview with the HR Gal. Then, there was an in-person interview with the Sales Manager and the VP of Sales, but they saw us separately. After that, we did an in-person mock role play of the Weave product to see our selling style and process. If you passed that, you met with the CEO for a few minutes. If you passed the Mock Sales Role play, you're hired unless you upset the CEO somehow. Just don't be dumb he's a cool guy and if you've made it to him, it means the Sales Manager and VP want you.
- Can you describe your sales process?
Account Executive
Had an initial phone chat with the recruiter where we talked about my background and they told me more about the company and the job. Then, a few days later, I went in for an onsite where I met with the recruiter, the VP of Sales, and another Account Executive.
- Why are you interested in Weave?
- Can you describe your sales methodologies?
- Share an example of how you've generated leads through cold calling or self-sourcing.
