Got the interview invite pretty fast, like 2 weeks after I applied. A few days before, an email came with a task to do and instructions to make a PowerPoint. The interview was supposed to be an hour, but they ended up cutting it to 45 mins because the main interviewer was late, which is fine. The team first introduced themselves and talked about what they do. Then I presented my exercise. The main person wasn't even there yet. They finally showed up in the last 10 minutes, said thanks, asked one fast question, and then started to wrap things up. Didn't really get a chance to ask my own questions or talk about my work much. It felt a bit rushed, considering how much work I put into the assignment and slides. If they'd been clearer about what they wanted and given more time for discussion, it would have felt better.

Behavioral

The interview process was a letdown and lacked organization. I got contacted by the manager's assistant after applying. Communication was shaky from the start – they took ages to set up the interview, changed it multiple times, and never gave a clear reason or structure. When the Zoom interview finally happened, it felt shallow and rigid, like they'd already made up their minds about not considering me. They showed minimal real interest in my background or what I've done. The whole thing felt like just going through the motions. It was pretty clear they weren't genuinely looking to engage with me and might have already had someone else in mind.

The interview process was multi-step. They had assessment questions which were great for knowing what to expect during the interview. There was a virtual interview and a salary interview before the virtual interview, which was great. The process was quick and very personable. They asked position-specific questions and character questions. There were multiple interviewers at once.

The interview process had two main stages: first, a written response, and second, a video interview. The first interview included basic intro questions, which helped set the stage for talking about my skills. Both interviews felt good and went well. The whole thing took about a month though, which felt like a long time. After the last interview, I didn't hear back and didn't know what was happening with my application. It would be way better if they kept candidates updated, instead of just ghosting them. Even just a quick update, even if there's nothing new, would show they care about our time.
