The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable. I was interviewed by three researchers at the same time. The interview lasted about an hour and included regular and situational questions.

The interview process had a few rounds and I did my first one. They told me I was moving on to the second round and I would hear from them about scheduling it. But after less than a week, they told me they were done with the interviews and gave the job to someone else, even though I hadn't even finished my interview process. I feel like they should have just told me I didn't pass the first round instead of saying I passed and then not letting me do the next interview.

It was a really fast process. After I applied, I got an email about a week or two later to set up an interview. The interview itself was about 45 minutes long. The very next day, they called to offer me the job. Of course, I'm sure it varies by department.
