It was a really long and overwhelming process, with people who didn't seem to listen or even look at my resume. I did get the job, but ended up quitting within a year because the head admin was unprofessional and asked personal questions that were kind of illegal to ask.

So we had 2 technical rounds where they asked me about Angular, Design Patterns, C#, HTML5, SQLServer, and Azure Fundamentals. Then there was a Managerial round to talk about my past work experience and my plans for the future. Finally, there was an HR round to discuss the compensation and benefits package.

I went through an interview process with Det-Tronics. It started with a phone interview and then moved to a half-day, multi-round on-site interview. The kicker was they only told me the date for the in-person interview the day before, so I had to scramble to get time off work. The interview itself seemed to go pretty well, but after that, radio silence. Nobody contacted me at all. No offer, no rejection, not even an automated email. I have no idea if they even hired someone or if they just scrapped the position. It was surprisingly unprofessional and a letdown.

I had three phone interviews, then I went for a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad, which was really disappointing. The first face-to-face round was a technical one that lasted 2 hours, covering project and technical details, and I think it went well. The second manager round was very short, about 10 minutes, and the manager was not technical and did not let me answer. I traveled from Bangalore for this.
