The interview process was comprehensive and included all the engineers on the team. The Department manager's questions were really odd, and he made no sense in hiring a technical engineer. The management questions were weak, but the engineers had strong lines of questions.

I applied off campus and the whole thing took about 10 days. After sending in my resume, there were two online tests. Then, I was invited to the HR office for a face-to-face interview (PI). I had to wait about 3 hours for the interview to start, and it lasted for about 40 minutes. They asked me about my past jobs and my reasons for leaving them.

  • Could you discuss your previous work experience?
