The interview process can feel intense due to the limited time, but the questions themselves are fairly standard. They will also want to understand your taste, so it’s helpful to be familiar with UTA clients and reference them naturally in your answers. Studio System will be your best friend.

The interview started with a quick 15 min phone screen, then I had a virtual technical assessment. After that, I got invited for a final panel interview with three people from the team where we talked about my past projects and how I approach problems. The whole thing took about two weeks. HR kept me updated clearly the whole time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 3-stage interview process. Started with a recruiter chat, then I talked to the program manager, and finally, there was a panel with agents and some of the previous interviewers. I also had to do a separate assignment. The vibe shifted from a casual chat to a more formal Q&A where they didn't give much feedback. You really gotta be ready, say things clearly, and show them you're super keen on being an agent. They don't seem to like fake answers. I think they want people who get what the job is really like, including the not-so-fun parts, and are ready to put in the work. Even though I heard different opinions, this was actually a pretty smooth process. The recruiter was on it, they stuck to the schedule, and I always knew what was up. Got the offer pretty fast after the last interview.

The first interview I had was honestly one of the worst interactions I've ever had with a company. I was ignored via email when I tried to ask questions, and then a later follow-up email was also ignored. During the interview itself, I felt brushed aside when I asked questions. The interviewer was also very condescending and rude. It was the weirdest and worst interview experience I've ever had, especially considering it was for an entry-level role that asked for 2+ years of experience and offered very low pay.
