Behavioral Other

I had two HR interviews, one in person and one over the phone. They called me after 6:30 PM on a weekday, and although I called back, it took them 36 hours to respond. They expect you to go into the interviews unprepared, so if you're applying, start your research then.

Behavioral

The first interview I had was honestly one of the worst interactions I've ever had with a company. I was ignored via email when I tried to ask questions, and then a later follow-up email was also ignored. During the interview itself, I felt brushed aside when I asked questions. The interviewer was also very condescending and rude. It was the weirdest and worst interview experience I've ever had, especially considering it was for an entry-level role that asked for 2+ years of experience and offered very low pay.

Behavioral Technical

I was found on LinkedIn by a Sourcing Manager, not through applying. He was easy to talk to. The first interview was on Zoom, starting with intros and then going into my experience. We quickly got into the details, with many behavioral and situational questions. I didn't move forward to the hiring manager interview because they wanted to move fast, and I was interviewing elsewhere with other roles that better matched my career goals.
