It was a pretty chill and casual interview. I chatted with a few of the managers to see if it felt like a good fit. There were only about 3 people I talked to, and then they sent over the offer. The recruiter was good to work with.

The first step is a phone screen to get a feel for your personality and see if you're a good fit for the company. Then, there's a video call interview where a manager will observe you being interviewed by another employer. This second interview is more detailed with questions. Just be yourself.

I did a Zoom interview with scenario-based questions. The interviewer was really positive about the job and the company. It was a short interview, under 20 minutes. They also did a check on my driving record. Training started about 10 days after they got the driving history results back. It took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when training began.

The interview process was simple. I was offered the job via email, but then they called to set up an interview over webcam. I was denied the job because of my gauges, even though they were closed and looked professional. They said it was a new policy this year. I wish they had told me beforehand, what a waste of time for someone with 10 years of experience. Very corporate, if you ask me.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Would you be able to remove your gauges while working?
