Sales Representative
I did a Zoom interview with scenario-based questions. The interviewer was really positive about the job and the company. It was a short interview, under 20 minutes. They also did a check on my driving record. Training started about 10 days after they got the driving history results back. It took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when training began.
- How would you handle knocking on a door to find a family having dinner?
Sales Representative
When I got to the in person interview, I only waited a few minutes before the Manager came out to get me and we went to his office. He talked a bit about the job duties and hours and asked if it was something I wanted to move forward with. Then he asked about my previous Sales and B2B Sales experiences and successes. He also went over the hiring and onboarding process. The whole thing was about 30 minutes, and it was pretty laid back and business casual. It was one of the easier interviews I've done.
- What kind of sales jobs have you had before?
- Did you meet your sales targets?
- Do you like sales?
Sales
The interview process started with an initial call, followed by a second interview with the local General Manager. We discussed the job, which has different stages throughout the year because they have various products. The job can have layoffs if things get slow, covering lawn care and bug care.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully persuaded a customer?
