When I finished the whole interview process it, the whole interview process was sort of easy from applying online to then going in for the interview. Having friendly people made the interview process go much better.
- What makes you want to work for this company
Sales Associate
It was a group discussion followed by a one-on-one interview. Overall, the process was smooth and efficient. The interviewer was friendly, so just be yourself, and there weren't any problems. - Where do you envision yourself in five years?
Merchandiser
The interview experience was really great with great people and a great team. The questions asked were good. It consisted of 3 stages, with the first one being on Zoom. The turnaround time for callbacks and next steps was fairly quick. I did enjoy meeting everyone and felt very welcomed.
- How do you handle stress?
Sales Assistant
It seemed like looks were valued more than work ethic, essentially judging who would be a good 'fit' to make the place appear appealing to customers. There was no room for creativity; we were given a brief to select an outfit for a gig. However, we were then told there was no need to be creative and to just point to the mannequin. Around 30 people were interviewed together for a few available positions. We also practiced using the tills.
- As an icebreaker, please share one interesting fact about yourself.
