Customer Service Representative
When I finished the whole interview process it, the whole interview process was sort of easy from applying online to then going in for the interview. Having friendly people made the interview process go much better.
- What makes you want to work for this company
Customer Service Representative
It was easy and smooth with very friendly staff. They were very accommodating to meet with the lockdown restrictions and were very helpful ahead of the interview. Had an email sent out a few days before the interview to confirm location, time, parking options and what would be discussed in the interview so that I could bring along some questions in preparation. Management team was very friendly and wanted to know what I was like as a person and not just about my experience in retail.
- Tell me about your previous customer service experience and your goals.
Customer Service Representative
I have a strong work ethic. When I'm working on a project, I don't just want to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of its due date. While this means I never miss a deadline, it also means that sometimes I can find myself rushed when I’m working. I’ve since learned to slow down, be more patient, and give each project the careful attention it deserves.
- Could you tell me about your skills?
