I applied for a seasonal Store Associate role and was invited to a group interview. Many of the questions focused on personality and fashion sense. There was a bit of a wait to be interviewed because of the large number of walk-in applicants, but the manager was very pleasant.

First, I had a video call where we talked about my job, my future career plans, and why I'm interested in this brand. After that, I went to a store in person for another interview with a store manager. They asked me to pick out some outfits I liked and then go over the store's layout, telling them what I thought worked well and what I'd do differently.

The interview was outdoors on a really hot day and I was clearly hot and starting to sweat, which threw me off. The interviewer gave me this weird look the whole time because I was sweating (I have hyperhydrosis). I usually nail interviews and my past experience was perfect for that role but she definitely ended the interview quickly and I never heard back, so I was bummed out.
