Behavioral Case

The interview process was really well-organized, and they scheduled follow-up interviews super quickly, like within a few days. I had four interviews in total, and they were all really professional and started on time. The feedback wasn't vague at all, and I felt like they were really clear about what they wanted in a candidate.

The whole process from start to end was really smooth. It was super clear and well put together, and honestly easy to figure out. They communicated well, keeping things efficient and to the point. Everything moved fast, but it didn't feel like I was being rushed, which made the whole thing feel good and get done effectively.

Behavioral Technical

This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. One interviewer was really rude and seemed focused on finding my weaknesses. They explicitly stated they were looking for someone who could do the work of four people, but they didn't see that potential in me. If you get an offer for an interview with them, I'd advise against it; it's a complete waste of time.

Behavioral Technical

Had a brief phone chat with HR first. They then suggested I talk to the regional OSDC manager for a video interview. She was super nice and friendly, asking the usual interview questions. After that, I had a third video call with her boss. This one wasn't as deep as the one before, but they still asked the standard questions. I felt like they were mainly checking if I was a good person, could learn, and was reasonably smart. Definitely had tougher interviews before. I really enjoyed talking with everyone involved.
