It was a group interview, that's it. They're really picky and only hire 'great' people, meaning they expect one person to do the work of three. Most people get hired because current employees refer them, or if you just have a really talkative personality. Having a positive attitude, professional appearance, or a good-natured/respectful attitude won't get you the job. You just gotta love to talk.

this was the most rigorous interview process I've encountered for a part-time job. there were several phone interviews before i even made it to a personal interview and even then there were different papers to fill out or acknowledge before i made it onto any kind of training schedule. they are very thorough.
