The selection process at Teoresi was clear and well-structured. After applying, I quickly got a response from HR, who conducted an initial interview to understand my motivations and academic background. Afterward, I had a technical interview where my university projects and specific required skills were evaluated. I appreciated the transparency and willingness of the recruiters to share details about the role and future projects. Overall, it was a positive experience: a professional environment, timely feedback, and attention to candidates' personal growth.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you tell me about a university project you found significant, detailing the challenges you faced and your solutions? The goal was to understand your practical approach to problems and your thought process when dealing with unexpected issues.
  • They also asked how I envision myself working within a team and which technical skills I am eager to develop further during this internship.

I had multiple interviews. In the first one, they insisted I cancel all my other interviews. They told me what to say to the client company, then told me 'we're not interested.' In the second interview, they made a low economic offer with a high expense reimbursement (strategies to avoid taxes and contributions, incredible from such a company). For another interview, they didn't show up, obviously without warning me. I ignored all subsequent requests for interviews.

I was contacted via Almalaurea with a call. The recruiter, very kind, directed me to the first interview. This interview took place online with an engineer. They asked me about my skills, to talk about my thesis, what a class is in C++ and what the fundamental types are, and what the content of a specific ISO standard is. The questions were very detailed. After this call, which they had given me to understand went well and described how they could place me and the possible salary, they disappeared. I sent an email for updates three weeks ago and a follow-up last week to the recruiter but haven't received a response.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain what a class in C++ is, and what are its fundamental types?
  • What does the ISO 1974 standard contain?

Initially contacted by HR and then by the manager for a technical interview for an open position with one of their clients in the automotive sector. There was some confusion because I had expressed preferences for different locations to HR, and then I discovered with the manager that the work location was not among those I had indicated. The manager, a bit arrogant, pointed out that the interview was for informational purposes while in reality it was technical. First, he talked about his academic background and then his career at Teoresi before passing the word to me to describe my academic background and work experiences, focusing on that related to the automotive sector. Finally, there was a speaking test in English. Overall, they were correct, and they even sent an email with negative feedback, but I expected it, given that I had pointed out my opposition to the work location.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Do you know about CAN bus? What would you do in case of a severed cable?
  • Tell me about yourself in English.
