I had an initial chat that went well: the atmosphere was relaxed, the questions were clear and not too difficult. I was able to express myself comfortably, showing my skills and motivation, and I got positive feedback that I was a good fit for the initial role.
- What is the difference between pfi and gdi systems?
Engineer
First step was an introductory interview, general questions about yourself and projects you're interested in. They were very approachable and not arrogant. Brief questions in English were asked to test language skills. The next step is another intermediate interview, followed by a technical one. Still evaluating.
- Could you tell me about your thesis project?
Engineer
It was a very long and detailed interview, but they didn't ask any technical questions about my specific qualifications. Instead, they asked about my interests and suitability for various types of tasks and responsibilities within the company, as well as my compatibility with the company culture.
