I had multiple interviews. In the first one, they insisted I cancel all my other interviews. They told me what to say to the client company, then told me 'we're not interested.' In the second interview, they made a low economic offer with a high expense reimbursement (strategies to avoid taxes and contributions, incredible from such a company). For another interview, they didn't show up, obviously without warning me. I ignored all subsequent requests for interviews.

Il colloquio si è svolto in due fasi. La prima era una chiacchierata per capire le mie passioni e i progetti che ho fatto all'università. La seconda è stata una chiacchierata tecnica direttamente con il cliente.

Behavioral Technical

The process involved an initial get-to-know-you chat and then a technical interview with the manager. They didn't give me any specifics about the job title, and I never heard back from them, even after I politely asked for feedback. It didn't seem very professional.
