I was contacted via Almalaurea with a call. The recruiter, very kind, directed me to the first interview. This interview took place online with an engineer. They asked me about my skills, to talk about my thesis, what a class is in C++ and what the fundamental types are, and what the content of a specific ISO standard is. The questions were very detailed. After this call, which they had given me to understand went well and described how they could place me and the possible salary, they disappeared. I sent an email for updates three weeks ago and a follow-up last week to the recruiter but haven't received a response.

The process has two main steps: first an introductory chat and then a technical interview. They also ask questions in English since they have offices worldwide. The interview went well, but I had to decline because I was looking for a job in a different area.
