first a get-to-know-you with a business manager to see if the candidate has the basic skills for the role, then a more technical interview for the position with economic conditions presented, and finally a final interview with the client.

In the interview, I went into detail about my thesis work, explaining the main challenges I encountered and the outcomes I achieved. I highlighted my interests, my passions, my determination, and my ability to adapt. I discussed my technical and interpersonal skills, the significance of teamwork, and my readiness to relocate to different company locations.

Initially contacted by HR and then by the manager for a technical interview for an open position with one of their clients in the automotive sector. There was some confusion because I had expressed preferences for different locations to HR, and then I discovered with the manager that the work location was not among those I had indicated. The manager, a bit arrogant, pointed out that the interview was for informational purposes while in reality it was technical. First, he talked about his academic background and then his career at Teoresi before passing the word to me to describe my academic background and work experiences, focusing on that related to the automotive sector. Finally, there was a speaking test in English. Overall, they were correct, and they even sent an email with negative feedback, but I expected it, given that I had pointed out my opposition to the work location.
