First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Teleflex.
Chargeback and Sales Tracing Coordinator
The first three interviews happened pretty close together. It took them about a month to let me know their final decision, and when I tried to get an update, HR and the hiring manager didn't reply. But all in all, it was a good experience.
- Can you explain your understanding of this role?
- Walk me through how chargebacks function.
Machine Operator
We had a group interview to start. They did a basic background check and asked why we wanted to join the company. Then they talked about our time availability and had a group discussion. They asked a few written questions about our priorities and future plans. Finally, they explained the role and asked if we were comfortable with it.
- Do you have any experience?
- Why do you want to join us?
- What's your availability like?
Assembly Line Worker
We did a manual assembly test to check your real-life problem-solving skills and how you handle situations. There was also a speed test to see how fast you can assemble things. They gave instructions about timekeeping and talked about LabVIEW. They also asked about overtime availability and willingness to attend.
- Can you tell me about your past experience relevant to this role?
- Do you have availability for overtime?
- Are you willing to work overtime?
Clinical Research Associate
I went through 5 virtual interviews over 5 weeks. The recruiter seemed interested and was available. After the last interview, I asked about a decision timeline and was told HR would contact me this week. By Friday, nothing. I emailed the recruiter, but they went silent. I saw the hiring manager posted they were still looking for one of the positions, meaning a decision was made 4 days prior, and no one bothered to inform me. This seems unprofessional, wasting everyone's time. They interviewed candidates, seemingly liked me, then scrapped everyone and started looking for another position.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in joining Teleflex?
