The interview process began really well. The hiring team at Teleflex was super organized and made me feel welcome. They even sent over agendas for the virtual interviews with the rest of the team. I'm actually pretty shocked because my experience sounds like a lot of other people applying for management or engineering jobs. After the interviews, HR called me the next day to chat about how things went and my thoughts on the company and the position. He even said he'd heard good things about my interview, which got my hopes up. But then, things took a turn for the worse. I followed up with HR several times without any updates. Eventually, HR called to tell me they decided to go with someone else, an internal candidate. I also saw the job posted again on LinkedIn, so I'm not sure that was the real reason. I just wish they'd been more upfront. Honestly, don't get your hopes too high applying here; I went through a lot of disappointment.

Behavioral Technical Other

I was contacted by a recruiter and went through 2 phone interviews. After that, I was flown to Raleigh for an in-person interview. The company felt dated and slow-moving, similar to my current employer, with a lot of experienced but potentially underperforming senior leadership. They seem to be aiming for a younger company culture, but my experience suggests this kind of change is hard to achieve.

Case Behavioral

I went through 6 interviews in total over a 3 month time period. Two interviews were onsite and included a business case analysis with recommendations. I followed up a week after the last interview they said they would be making a decision in the next two weeks but I never heard from them again.
