Sales Representative
It was pretty long and I had to meet with the hiring manager and the targeting rep too. I flew to corporate to interview with several upper management members. I also had to submit a drug test. Overall, it felt like an average interview process compared to others I've had.
- Can you give me an overview of your resume? Also, what are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Tell me about your five-year plan.
Sales Representative
The process had several steps (6 interviews in total), but it was worth it! I interviewed with current team members, both local and remote, as well as senior management. The timeline was quite fast, about 2 weeks, so I didn't have to wait long between stages.
- Can you tell me about your sales approach?
- How do you interact with customers?
- How would you describe your personality and how it aligns with the team?
Sales Representative
It was a pretty standard interview process with 3-4 interviews. It was mostly conversational, with some behavioral questions. They also required a personality test, which was done over the phone. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience.
- Describe a situation where you had to sell a product that wasn't the cheapest option available.
