Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Teleflex.
Director
Many people were involved in the interview process, which made it take longer than it needed to. The HR team was professional and always made sure I was well taken care of. No complaints.
- Tell me about a time when you faced a specific scenario, based on your past experience.
Director
The interview process was quite confusing from the beginning. They didn't seem to have a clear job title or specifications defined. They also didn't cover the costs for my international travel for the interview. There were significant delays in getting the job offer and employment contract. The interviewers spent most of their time explaining their own roles. Ultimately, the final decision-maker felt pressured by senior management to make the hire.
- Do you have any connections within the company?
Director
The hiring process was quick and the expectations were clear. First, they looked at my resume, and then I had to complete an application on the company's website before the in-person interview. The interviewers included the hiring manager and some potential colleagues, followed by HR.
- Tell me about how you handle workplace conflicts.
