It was pretty straightforward. First, there was a quick chat with HR. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with four different people. They asked general questions and some that were specific to the job.

This took two to three weeks. First, a recruiter interview, then a hiring manager phone interview, and then I talked to a couple of directors. We also had one onsite interview. Then, after the interview, there was a job offer.

You'll have a phone call and then an on-site interview. The on-site is about 2 hours long and includes interviews with the manager, peers, and senior leadership. A recruiter or HR person will call you beforehand to check your salary expectations. After the on-site, there might be another phone call for follow-up questions and to let you ask your questions. Make sure to dress in business professional attire; don't assume casual dress is okay.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you describe your project management style, specifically whether it leans towards being passive, collaborative, aggressive, influential, or directive?
