Applied online for the role at Teads and got an interview scheduled a few days later. The interviewer seemed a bit uninterested during the conversation, and I ended up doing most of the talking. I was asked to walk through my CV and highlight key parts of my experience, which made it seem like they hadn't looked at my CV before. It felt like they were just trying to get through a quota of interviews for the day. They didn't give much information about the role or what's expected, and I didn't get answers to many of my questions about the position.

The first time, it was HR screening, then a Leet-code style assignment, followed by system design, a code review session, and finally a culture fit with the VP. Everything seemed to go well, and HR was confident I'd get an offer, mentioning a few signatures were needed. However, after 2-3 weeks of silence, I was rejected due to internal changes and a hiring freeze. Two years later, I went through it again: HR screening, an alignment session with the same VP, and then meeting the team to discuss responsibilities. HR collected my documents like passport and educational background for offer preparation, but again, they rejected me 2-3 weeks later because they found someone in France.

The interview process involved a 30-minute call with HR, followed by a 1-hour session with a junior member and a simple case study that took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then, there was a 1.5-hour interview with a senior person. Overall, it wasn't super tough, but you still needed to be prepared and knowledgeable about the field, the company, and the job responsibilities.

The interview process had about 5 stages: first, a screening phone call, then a technical interview over Zoom, followed by a design interview also on Zoom, then a frontend questions interview on Zoom, and finally, an HR interview which was on site. So I had a screening phone call, then a technical interview, then a design interview, and then a frontend question interview.
