Applied online for the role at Teads and got an interview scheduled a few days later. The interviewer seemed a bit uninterested during the conversation, and I ended up doing most of the talking. I was asked to walk through my CV and highlight key parts of my experience, which made it seem like they hadn't looked at my CV before. It felt like they were just trying to get through a quota of interviews for the day. They didn't give much information about the role or what's expected, and I didn't get answers to many of my questions about the position.

I was contacted via email for an initial interview. It was about 15 minutes with a very friendly American recruiter. At the end, she told me she liked my profile and would pass it to the Account Manager. We then arranged a second interview with the Spanish Manager, and about 5 minutes into it, upon mentioning I was studying for a Master's in the mornings (which was known from the start), she said it wouldn't work and it was best to end the interview.

Had two calls and three in-person interviews. The first calls were more about educating and informing me about the company. They didn't ask many hard questions, but you needed to know the industry lingo and processes to have a good conversation. You also need to have a good personality because it's a fun/friendly company. The calls were definitely more laid-back, and the in-person interviews had different sessions where I spoke with people higher up each time. It wasn't intimidating, just casual chats with each person, and it was easy to get through if you're qualified for an operations and account management role.
