Got a message from a recruiter about possible new jobs. Had a phone call, then met in person with two people from the team. The first person I met talked a lot about how hard the job is and how she just got promoted, and that I'd be helping her out. She didn't seem to care that I was already doing the same job at another company. The second person was only there for like 10 minutes because he had to go to another meeting. After that, I never heard back from anyone. It was not a good experience. HR should tell people what questions to expect and make sure interviewers are actually available.

Behavioral Presentation

For the Sales Planner role at Teads, the interview process begins with a phone screening with HR that can last 20-45 minutes. Standard questions like 'why Teads?', 'why digital advertising?', and 'any relative past experiences?' are typically asked. This is followed by an in-person interview with the Lead Sales Planner and a Sales Planner where they ask about your ability to excel in the role, strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations in sales. The final round involves an in-person interview with the Global Head of Marketing, which is the most challenging part. You'll need to answer company-related questions, pitch Teads, and explain how your current responsibilities align with the Sales Planner role. The last step is creating a media plan and proposal based on a mock RFP, for which you'll have a couple of days. The entire process was very straightforward, clearly explained, and lasted about two weeks.

Behavioral Other

I applied for an internship at teads.tv. After two weeks, I got an email and the next day I had a Skype interview with two people. From the start, I could tell I wouldn't get the job because the HR lady and another manager were very unprofessional. The lady kept laughing at me and trying to hide her smile. Maybe she had reasons, but one should stay professional and make the experience good for the applicant, regardless of their background. I'm a calm person and enjoyed the interview even knowing I wouldn't get an offer, but it could be offensive to others. I wish you good luck and hope you make the process better for future applicants, even if they don't seem like a good fit.
