It took them almost a month to get back to me, and then I went through three rounds of interviews. I was waiting for the fourth round, but the interviewer never showed up, and the TA team ghosted me for four days. When they finally replied yesterday, they said they had already offered the job to someone else who was further along last week. I get that you don't always get the job, but the communication and handling of this whole thing were so bad that I'd tell anyone looking to work here to think twice. If this is how they treat candidates, it really shows how disorganized they must be as a company.

The interview process at TaskRabbit was pretty thorough. It took about a month and had four stages. First, I chatted with the recruiter. Then, I had interviews with the hiring manager and a coworker. After that, they had me do a case study, which I had to present to a panel that included the manager I met earlier. They told me it would take a bit longer after the presentation and then I heard back that I didn't get the job. The recruiter said she could give me feedback when she got back from vacation, but I never heard from her after saying I was interested, which was a bummer.

Had a first round video chat with a recruiter for general screening before moving to a second interview. The second round was a video interview with the Customer Support Manager, focusing on qualifications and culture fit. The manager shared a lot about TaskRabbit's support department and processes and answered my questions well. Both interviews were great experiences!

The recruiter was upfront about the interview process, setting a good vibe for the later stages with the Hiring Manager and the team for cultural fit. However, things didn't quite live up to expectations. The subsequent rounds felt more like an interrogation because the interviewers just went through their list of questions without introducing themselves, the department, or the role's responsibilities. Thankfully, I didn't have to go to the final round which was a case study and presentation.
