So I went through a few rounds of interviews and then they asked me for my availability for the next one. I gave them my availability, but they scheduled my interview for a time that didn't work for me. I emailed them multiple times to try and reschedule, but I never heard back. Weirdly, months later, even though I've taken another job, I'm still getting emails from them about moving forward in the process. It's a total waste of time and makes it hard to take them seriously.

Started with a recruiter call. Then there was a coding exercise problem that was fairly easy. After that, I had virtual onsite interview rounds. These included 1 hour for architecture design, 1 hour for a rails coding exercise, 1 hour for a react coding exercise, and a 30-minute interview with the project manager.

Found the role on LinkedIn and applied. Got a call from a recruiter in about a week to talk about the company and my background. The next day, I got a video call request from the hiring manager for the day after. We chatted about the company and the role, and I got to ask about 6 questions. I then did a quick 15-minute pair programming session for a technical screen. Later that day, they scheduled a virtual on-site for the next week, spread over two days. This included a React pair programming session, a system design discussion, a Rails coding session, a behavioral chat with a product manager, and a final debrief with the hiring manager. I got an offer three days after that. The sessions were long but not too hard, though I wasn't prepped for system design and was a bit out of practice with Rails.
