It was a long interview process. Started with an initial call with HR, then a call with the head of marketing. After that, I had a call with two members of the American team. Then, I was given an at-home case study to complete. Finally, there was another interview with three members of the team.

Recruiter reached out 5 days post-application. Had a good call, they liked my experience. They scheduled a hiring manager chat then and there. I didn't get a meeting invite or contact info though. Emailed on the day of the call to confirm who I'd talk to, and they said they had to reschedule cuz of a conflict. No worries. Spoke with the hiring manager the next week, thought it went really well and we seemed like a good fit. But then, the very next day, I got an automated rejection email, like I never even talked to anyone. It was a no-reply address. I'm not mad about not getting the job, but it felt rude to send a generic email after I'd spoken to the hiring manager. I did a lot of research to get ready. I was interviewing with 4 other places and could've used my time better. If you apply and get interviews, just be aware, they don't seem to value candidates' time.
