Strategy Consultant
So the interview process is split into four parts. First, there's a multiple-choice test to check your knowledge and how you solve problems. Then, an HR interview where they'll ask about your background, experience, and if you'd fit in. After that, you'll have a case study discussion with a manager, where you'll look at a real situation and share your thoughts. Finally, there's a case study session with a partner, where you'll get into deeper strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Consultant
The process had 4 steps. First, there was a test, which was a really hard English test. You lost points if you picked the wrong answer, so you had to be sure before answering. After that, there was a standard HR interview, nothing too out of the ordinary. Then came a case study, which was the best part for me because the interviewer was great. Finally, there were two more interviews back-to-back. I wasn't really ready because I was told it would be a typical case study, but it turned out to be more about market sizing and assessing prior knowledge.

Sales Account Manager
Had an initial interview call with the recruiter, Peter, where we discussed my experience, current salary, and availability. Then, I had an onsite interview with the Hiring Manager, Faiz, which was a great, interactive session. Following that, there was a case study presentation about Sales with the Hiring Manager. Finally, I had an onsite interview scheduled with the CGO at 12pm, but unfortunately, they showed up late at 12:10pm saying they had to join a meeting with the CEO. Overall, the experience was positive, though the last part felt a bit unprofessional.

SIGINT Acquisition Support
The recruiter will greet you at the entrance, make small talk, and then escort you to an interview room. They'll start by discussing the general benefits of TASC and then ask if you have any inquiries. If you don't, they'll signal for the interviewers to come in. Typically, there will be 2-3 interviewers, who are usually not the hiring manager. They'll take turns asking you questions, which are not the typical generic ones you see online. At some point, they will explain the job and ask clarifying questions to verify if your past experiences align with what they're looking for. Each interviewer is usually allotted about 30 minutes, so a two-person interview should last around an hour.
