The hiring process included a challenging test, followed by interviews with HR and the manager. Finally, there were two interviews with C-level executives. The entire process took a long time to get a final answer. The salaries offered were low, and the expected work hours were long.

The process had 4 steps. First, there was a test, which was a really hard English test. You lost points if you picked the wrong answer, so you had to be sure before answering. After that, there was a standard HR interview, nothing too out of the ordinary. Then came a case study, which was the best part for me because the interviewer was great. Finally, there were two more interviews back-to-back. I wasn't really ready because I was told it would be a typical case study, but it turned out to be more about market sizing and assessing prior knowledge.

First, I had an HR interview with standard questions about my experience and why I want to work there. Then, a team leader interview, which involved a case that required both market sizing and prioritizing different solutions. Finally, another interview with 2 VPs, which included both personal and case questions.
