The main point about tough exams not always showing job skills is kinda true. Lots of tests are made to see if you know stuff, can solve problems, think critically, and analyze things. While they can show how you did in school and what you might be capable of, they don't always show if you're ready for a specific job or how you'd actually do the work.

First there was a 1.5 hour test, kinda like the Mackenzie test you see online. It was in English and had 5 cases with 4 questions each. The questions were super quantitative and no calculator was allowed. (There was a prisoner's dilemma question in there). Then a regular HR interview. After that, a case interview with a market sizing that included the team leader. Finally, two case interviews with the company managers.

There were a lot of tests and interviews. Be ready for a case test at the beginning. They also like to ask questions about your personality, so be ready for that too. That's all I have to say.
