I applied online and got an email about an interview, which I scheduled for a week later. It was a phone interview focusing on behavioral questions. I never heard back after that, so I guess that's how they reject people.

I submitted my resume through a current employee referral. A few days later, I received a call expressing interest, and I scheduled the interview for the following week. The interview process spanned about 2.5 hours and involved meeting with project/task leads (two at a time), the hiring manager, and the program manager. Since the role required a clearance, there was also a brief interview with HR and Security. Before the main interviews, an HR/recruiting representative provided an overview of the company and the team I'd be meeting. Within a few days, they contacted me with an offer. I completed and submitted the necessary application paperwork, followed by a written offer. After I accepted, they sent an acceptance packet with background check forms and drug test instructions. I completed the drug test at a local lab. Once HR received all the documentation, we arranged my start date. The entire process from the interview to securing a start date took about 3-4 weeks, though my own vacation extended this timeline slightly. TASC was efficient in their decision-making and subsequent actions. My start date was approximately six weeks after the initial interview.

I got the job through a referral from a former colleague. The interview was mostly behavioral, but with some technical elements. I met with my future manager and two developers on his team. They mainly asked about my technical background and past projects, along with typical behavioral questions. I actually brought my laptop to demo a project I'd worked on, which I think helped my chances.
