The interview process was quick and easy. They gave me a test to pass and I needed to submit my food handler's card. Everything had to be submitted before hiring. They provide a basic uniform and require blue or black jeans and non-slip crocs. The interview itself only took a few minutes, and I knew right away if I was hired.
- Were you previously employed in food service?
Shift Supervisor
Super simple and chill interview. They asked some example questions like 'give me an example where you showed....' and then some scenario questions like 'what would you do if xxxx'. They also asked if I knew any facts about Subway as a business.
- What do you know about Subway?
- Can you provide an example of a time you demonstrated [skill]?

I submitted my resume at the store, and I think going in the morning to chat with the manager is a good idea. About a week later, I got a call back for an interview. It was pretty laid-back, lasting no more than 20 minutes. They asked basic stuff about my availability, why I was interested in Subway, and if I had any previous experience in food service or customer service.
- Do you have any previous experience in food or customer service?
