It started with a recruiter screen, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a 3.5 hour in-person interview where I met with multiple people. It was a really long process overall. They asked behavioral questions and also checked for culture fit.

I got reached out to by a recruiter about a 6-month contract role that could turn into a full-time gig. After they gave me a call, I was set up right away to chat with the hiring manager. They mentioned this job has a high turnover rate, with folks often moving up or to other roles, suggesting people don't stay long. The pay was $30/hour for a standard 40-hour week, with a mix of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
