I sent in my application and it took about a week and a half to hear back. Then they called me to come in for an interview. I went to the customer service desk when I got there. Since this was my first job, the manager didn't really have a lot of questions for me, they mostly wanted to get a feel for my personality. I was kind of nervous since it was my first interview and my answers were pretty basic. The manager seemed nice though and they asked me to do a background check and said they'd call me back tomorrow to bring in my ID and Social Security card.

The interview process for this Warehouse role was extremely negative. The facility has a terrible reputation for employee treatment, with accusations of inhumane conditions. Employees reportedly work long hours (13+ days) without adequate breaks, handle hazardous materials like feces and corroded produce without proper gear, and face a hostile work environment. The company is accused of violating worker's rights and threatening employees to prevent exposure.
