Behavioral

It's a pretty straightforward 2-interview process. First, there's a phone call, and if that goes well, the next step is an in-person interview. They don't ask a ton of questions, but they really want you to go into detail about your experiences, so make sure to break everything down as much as possible.

Behavioral Other

The hiring process for this job is pretty simple. Since it's minimum wage, they mainly ask basic questions like why you want the job, your availability, and if you're good with people. Just dress okay (jeans and a polo shirt should do), seem friendly, and have open availability, and you'll probably get it.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with the store manager in the store. The interview was pretty easy and direct. They asked about my experience with cash registers and handling money. They also asked how I'd deal with an angry customer. It wasn't much else since I've worked in customer service before.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What would you do if a customer was angry?
