Right after I applied, I got asked to do a 45-minute assessment, which was like an "interview." Then, I had to record myself answering some usual interview questions. A few days later, the recruiter called me for another screening. The last interview was with the area and training managers, lasting about an hour. They mainly emphasized that it's a sales role, not really a healthcare one. They mentioned other candidates were still being interviewed and they'd let me know. I never heard back, which is weird since the job ad is still up and they haven't found anyone yet. I think they're looking for a very specific type of salesperson, but they didn't make that clear initially.

Had a 3-stage interview process. First was a quick HR call about the role, salary, and what they were looking for. Then, I talked to a technical person. We went over my past experience and I got a good understanding of the job details and how the team operates. The last stage was a live coding challenge. It was pretty straightforward, but the platform had issues with the C++ standard they mentioned. After all that, I heard nothing back, no rejection, no feedback, which was pretty unprofessional.

The interview process involved three stages: an initial chat with HR, a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a session with some team members. After everything, I tried reaching out a few times to get an update, but no one ever replied. Turns out, the job was already filled. What was weird was that the HR contact kept changing, and the interviews were always set up outside of my time zone, which was a bit confusing. Also, the communication from HR felt kind of unprofessional.

I was contacted by a really enthusiastic recruiter initially. After that, I moved on to speak with the director of the team, who would be my direct manager. It was a really positive conversation. Then, I had a chat with someone from the technical marketing side of the team. Another good talk and connection. I expected to hear back within a week, but sadly, they went silent. It's been two weeks since our last chat and I haven't heard anything. I've reached out to both the last person I spoke with and the recruiter, but no response from either. While I understand not being the right fit, a quick email would've been better than complete silence.
