Behavioral Presentation

An external recruiter reached out about a Project Management opportunity. After a brief overview of the role, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. About two weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview at Advanced Bionics. The on-site part involved both one-on-one and two-on-one interviews. The interviewers seemed well-prepared, having reviewed my background. The discussions primarily focused on how I manage challenging interpersonal dynamics in the workplace. Sometimes, there wasn't enough time to ask my own questions.

Behavioral Case

3 interviews with HR, Line Manager and Director. It was about past experience and mindfulness. I really enjoyed it and it was an interesting experience. The end stage was a case study where there was a mix of different departments from the organization. The case study took around 1 hour to prepare and then 20-30min to present.

So after I submitted my resume, I got called twice. The first call was with two managers from the hiring department, and then the second call was about a week later with two other managers from related departments. I got an offer the week after that.
