The interview seemed designed for the hiring manager, who also manages the team, to ask about her previous company and brag about her current successes. She also wanted to know about people who remained at her former employer. She wasn't particularly interested in my portfolio or discussing the role itself.

First, there was a quick 15min chat with the recruiter/HR. After that, I had to complete an online coding challenge which took about an hour. Then, I had a 2-hour interview with the hiring manager/team lead and another software dev who reviewed my code. Finally, there was a 3-hour team interview where we covered behavior, a coding challenge, and system design.
