Behavioral Technical Case

It went well and felt very professional. I liked that they were upfront about what they expected and what doing well in the role would look like. The steps were: a first call or video chat with a recruiter to talk about my background and the job, a part where they tested my skills with a technical or scenario-based problem, and then a final interview with the hiring manager and/or team members to discuss my experience, how I solve problems, and if I'd fit in.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a terrible interview experience. I went through 4 rounds over 2 months and then got ghosted without any closure. The recruiter showed no empathy and had poor communication skills, requiring me to follow up after each round. I mentioned having another job offer and asked about the timeline, but received no response. Although the job post said 'urgent hire,' they kept extending it. Six weeks after the final round, I reached out to close the loop and provide feedback when I saw the job was closed on their site. A senior talent team member then apologized, explaining the recruiter was no longer with the company and the position closure wasn't communicated. Being ghosted at the final stage is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's values.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process involves two recruiters who manage different job openings. My recruiter was upfront about the four-round interview process. The first round was an introductory call, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. The third round involved meeting two team members, and the final interview was with the VP. I had one interview each week, and the recruiter kept me updated.

Recruiter no showed but rescheduled. It was a more intense conversation than I expected, but they asked good questions and provided good information. The manager no showed the next meeting. It was really hard to reschedule, so I ended up meeting with a different manager. That meeting really focused on my experience and training. I had a couple of follow-up calls with the recruiter. They were very upfront about the growing pains the company is experiencing. I had a peer interview and then met with the head of sales. Both of those were more casual conversations. The whole process took about a month because of scheduling issues. I got an offer that was much higher than I asked for and accepted it. It was a bit tedious overall, but I'm impressed by the company's success and excited to see what they're about.
