Recruiter no showed but rescheduled. It was a more intense conversation than I expected, but they asked good questions and provided good information. The manager no showed the next meeting. It was really hard to reschedule, so I ended up meeting with a different manager. That meeting really focused on my experience and training. I had a couple of follow-up calls with the recruiter. They were very upfront about the growing pains the company is experiencing. I had a peer interview and then met with the head of sales. Both of those were more casual conversations. The whole process took about a month because of scheduling issues. I got an offer that was much higher than I asked for and accepted it. It was a bit tedious overall, but I'm impressed by the company's success and excited to see what they're about.

I started with the recruiter, then had to do a sales pitch video. After that, I talked to the hiring manager on video who asked good questions and told me about the job and pay. The last step was a role play call with the hiring manager where we pretended to discover a prospect to see how I asked questions and ran the call. Got the offer about a week later.

I had an initial phone screen and then another phone call where they asked me basic sales questions like avg deal size, my sales process, etc which was pretty standard. I felt that the interview went well and I was qualified for the role. The interviewer told me at the end of the interview that I would get scheduled for my next round and with another person and I thought I was moving on to the next round... and then crickets. I was ghosted. I followed up several times and never heard back. I was a great fit for the role and they just ghosted me after telling me over the phone I was invited to the next round. Extremely unprofessional and left a very bad taste in my mouth for this company.
