It was pretty straightforward. Started with an HR screening call, then had 2 more calls with the team. We talked about my project work and the skills I've picked up. Also discussed what kind of projects I'm interested in working on.

Behavioral Presentation

It was super fast-paced. They weren't really interested in getting to know me, just what I could do for them. They didn't even ask the typical 'Tell me about yourself.' Honestly, it felt like they already had someone in mind. They skipped the phone screening entirely and just had me pick an interview date and time. Also, they didn't seem to care about DEI at all.

Behavioral Other

I got to the second round of interviews and then got rejected. The first interview was in person at their San Francisco office, and the second was a video call. The in-person interview was with the Office Manager and a Local Leader. The video interview had three interviewers. The HR coordinator was nice and helpful. I did have to send a follow-up email to get the rejection notice.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First, HR called and asked some questions about me, then they talked about the job, location, and basic expectations. The second round was supposed to be in person, but they let me do it remotely via Zoom with one senior engineer and two less senior engineers. This was a behavioral interview. The third round was another call with one senior engineer.
