The hiring process was done through the Solidus platform. I completed questionnaires based on my experience level in Portuguese, logical reasoning, etc. Afterward, I was called for an in-person interview. There was a writing task, then an interview with the supervisor, a personal presentation, and an assessment of my experience level with a specific technology. It was very instructive and straightforward.

I applied through Empregare and was contacted via WhatsApp to schedule an interview with the manager. There was also a DISC test. The first contact was on a Friday, and the interview was on Wednesday. The HR part seemed apathetic. The manager spent the whole time praising my resume and asking about my career path, which was a first for me, all that praise. I never got any feedback after that stage lol lol

I applied for the Customer Service Agent position in the Nova Olímpia/PR branch through the Empregare platform. After my resume was screened, I received two questionnaires: one on financial math and another with additional questions. Both were quite straightforward. On the same day I submitted the questionnaires, I got a notification via the Serasa app about a check on my CPF, which is part of the company's background check process. Later that same day, I was contacted to schedule an interview with the People Management department. The interview was conducted clearly and respectfully. The recruiter, Jéssica, was extremely friendly, polite, and professional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the conversation. Another positive point was the recruiter's transparency. Even after the interview, Jéssica contacted me to clearly inform me that they had decided to proceed with another candidate, showing respect and consideration for everyone involved. I rate the process very positively, with organized stages, efficient communication, and respect for the candidate.
