First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sistema de Cooperativas de Crédito do Brasil.
Administrative Assistant
They asked about my last job, why I left, and my salary expectations. Also, about the type of work I did, my expectations for the next job, if I have children, and my availability to relocate to another city, plus my academic background and medical exam.
- Regarding salary, what are your expectations?
- Tell me about your last job.
- What is your salary expectation?
Administrative Assistant
It was pretty relaxed, I felt comfortable and the interviewers seemed interested in what I had to say. But then, at one point, they asked me about my dad's job, and I didn't really get why at the time, but I do now. They wanted someone 'with connections' in town to bring in new clients.
- Do you have a network of contacts?
- What does your father do for a living?
Administrative Assistant
A recruiter will always conduct the interview, but you'll need to speak up at some point. Use this time to sell yourself and show your qualities. Make sure to show you know the company and its offerings, as this makes a good impression. Depending on the job requirements, express confidence in your ability to adapt to the new workplace. It's also important to show you're fully available to start right away – saying you can only start next month because you're going to the beach is a bad look. What's your priority? Finally, always thank them for the information and any help they provide. Politeness says a lot about your profile and reputation.
- Could you share why you are interested in this position?
