It was a calm interview but I didn't have the right profile for the job, so I didn't get it. It was a great position with awesome benefits. The cool part was the interviewer was upfront from the start so I didn't get my hopes up.

The process was too bureaucratic and slow, with unnecessary steps. There was a delay in getting back to candidates. The interviewers were unprepared and uncreative with their questions. The structure was rigid, with multiple people in charge of the same areas within the organization.

It was a really tiring process. First, there was a phone interview, and then I went to the company for an in-person interview. I've never had such a long interview, it lasted about 4 hours. They had me do a lot of tests and fill out forms with 200 questions. I even thought I was taking psychological tests. After all these tests, came the interview phase. First, I spoke with an HR analyst, and then with another one, who seemed like a more senior analyst. I must say, they were always very polite and helpful. There was no lack of courtesy. Anyway, the process was just too exhausting, and in the end, they didn't meet my salary expectations. From what I could tell, the salaries at the company overall are below market rate. I literally wasted my time.
